The character and behavior of your employees play a pivotal role in making your organization a huge success or utter failure. However, very few people understand what actually character is. The character of any person normally begins with his values. The values he learns from his family, his upbringing, school, religion or surroundings. Some people develop good values whereas others don’t have values at all. These values later help you to develop your beliefs towards other people, this world and everything going around you. Finally, these values translate into your actions. Therefore, it can be rightly said that character of any person constitutes of his beliefs, values and actions.
