Andy Smith is an internationally renowned Emotional Intelligence consultant and coach. He was present as a speaker at Program for Advanced Leadership and Management (PALM) held in collaboration with Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) in Madinah.
Mr. Smith delivered his lecture on Leading with Emotional Intelligence and was quite impressed with the inquisitive, intelligent and responsive group of students he worked with at PALM 7. He also talked about Emotional Intelligence in terms of leadership and how emotional self-awareness, self-management and understanding the feelings of others help you become a better leader.
