He is the author of over 11 best selling books on leadership development and organization change with John Wiley and Sons and a regular contributor to Fast Company, Chief Learning Officer, Talent Management, and Training Magazine.
Since 2011, Best Practice Institute became one of the Top 10 "Best in Leadership Development" by Executive Excellence Magazine. He is the founder of the BPI Senior Executive Board, an exclusive hand-picked group of senior executives from Global/Fortune 500 organizations who share and pioneer best and next methods of talent solutions and organization change.
