What is culture? An introduction to our concept of culture. We will look at the models of framing 'culture' and the way in which they affect our behavior and business. The importance of culture on our basic assumptions and a potential basis for misunderstanding in a diverse environment will be discussed. Build awareness and understanding of the origins and consequences of stereotypes and the mechanisms for decreasing prejudice in the workplace (using our database of national, functional, gender and cultural differences).
The Seven Dimensions of Culture Model will be applied to look at the differences and similarities in cultures. Through examples and real-life cases, participants will be made aware of how to respect and reconcile these differences. Introduction to the Dilemma Reconciliation Methodology, using cases and examples to demonstrate how to leverage creativity and innovation through addressing tensions resulting from different value orientations and between the landscapes that were covered in the program.

Development of new skills: intercultural management and leadership, etc.
Improve the decision making process cooperation within and between multicultural teams.
Increase the understanding of the impact of cultural differences and their implications for day-to-day business and management.
How to manage people, processes, and projects in a global environment with a methodology and attitude.
