There are four main components which help a leader exude his true qualities in challenging times. These components are speed, sensitivity, structure and simplicity. The first component that is speed is most important of them all beyond any doubt. The speed at which you take action or seizes an opportunity will determine whether you take and hold a leadership position in your respective industry or not. There is no point in finding answers to all of the questions because it will prevent you to take action and someone else will take the leadership position. Therefore, it is better to take actions first and think about other things as you proceed with your business.
