Every organisation treats its star performers above the rest of the lot and gives them some sort of autonomy as well. However, the leaders or executives should not abdicate their responsibility while awarding autonomy to such employees and let them do whatever they want to achieve their goals. It is the responsibility of the leader to ensure that their activities are not contradicting the values as well as rules and regulations of the organisation they work for.
