Over the past 25 years of my professional life I have been fascinated by leadership, and in particular the actions that people take that can enable them to achieve great results. I have been an avid reader of leadership books and each of the books that I have read has taught me something new. However, I still found that it was often difficult to directly implement the information and wisdom provided because none of them gave me a step-by-step approach to improving my skills as a leader. This is why I decided to take action and write the 7 Cs of leadership success.
The 7 Cs is a detailed analysis of leadership characteristics and in addition it provides you with the practical resources to make a daily impact on your leadership. Every day you can look to improve your ability as a leader and in a fun and enjoyable way as well.
The 7 Cs is a distillation of the fundamental elements of effective leadership. If you work through the 7 Cs you will begin to embrace the characteristics, skills, attributes and behaviours of great leaders. These things will become part of who you are and what you do.
