Most leaders inflict serious damage to their interests and future intentions by falsely assuming that everything in their organization is running smoothly. It mostly happens due to the gap which exists between the leaders' and others’ perception about their leadership. It is imperative for these leaders to become more social and give value to other opinions about their leadership style and qualities. Secondly, they have to be more compassionate towards others especially their employees in order to build trust in them and encourage them to work collectively for the betterment of their organizations.
