On Day 3 of the National Chimney Sweep Training School, held at the CSIA Tech Center in Plainfield, IN, students got to watch a live demonstration of what no one wants to see in real life - a chimney fire. The flue tiles inside the chimney were coated to replicate creosote buildup, then a fire was started in the brick opening. Watch until the end - it's one of the smokiest we've seen.
