Vinyl mattress covers are our most economical solution for urinary incontinence, enuresis, bedbugs, dust mites, and basically all our protective bedding needs. They’re practically maintenance-free, as you don’t need to take them off to launder – simply wipe clean with a disinfectant!
The fitted covers are very easy to take on and off, but they do not protect the bed against bedbugs and allergens. On the other hand, the zippered covers fully protect the mattress. Vinyl bed covers aren’t breathable, however, so they tend to reflect heat rather than dispersing it, making them uncomfortable for some people to sleep on.
We offer very inexpensive fitted covers which can be brought along on vacations or to camps to protect the mattress, while our heavy duty encasements are strong enough for commercial use in healthcare facilities or rental properties. Be sure to order the correct depth when ordering encasements. When in doubt, order the next size up.
