We wanted a film that would show to staff the 'why' rather than 'how' or 'what'. It's important that staff connect with the long-term impact their work has on society and the prosperity of thousands of people living in their community.
This cannot be explained in a brochure or email, the use of film brought it to life by connecting the output of their work with the benefits it gives society.
Premiered at the staff conference and then at the St Albans Film Festival, it is a vivid and engaging way to show what we stand for as a business - Willmott Dixon is made of people that care for what we do and are inspired by it. By sharing this passion we want our customers to know we are energised by what we do and our buildings are a proud legacy that will stand the test and test, transforming the quality of countless lives.
‘Why’ provides a direct link to our staff and communities as a testament to how we believe we have a purpose beyond profit.
